It's a little tight .

This hip new hotel was 500 metres from the underground station. The room was good-sized and functional on the japanese style of living, and we slept very well. Its design was nice, and it included 2 TVs, a storage space, and a lounge.

I loved staying here as it's just a short stroll to the vibrant Bugis Street and only about a 10-minute walk from Fort Canning Park. The inviting infinity pool and rooftop garden provided a relaxing space to unwind after exploring the area.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to shopping and dining options. The room was quite small and the layout felt cramped. Glass partitions for the bathroom provided little privacy . Staff were friendly and helpful, but improvements are needed in room design.

The staff super easily switched my room after I arrived early and even arranged a last-minute cake for my daughter, made her day. Just a heads-up, the shower cubicle is a bit cramped, but overall, it was a fantastic experience 😊

The loft layout gives a unique sense of space, split over two levels with added light control features and convenient USB charging ports. Its location is prime, just a minute's walk to Bugis Junction, with multiple MRT stations nearby.

Privacy issues abound with the bathroom layout, as the shower and toilet are enclosed only by frosted glass that leaves much to be desired. Plus, the rooms could feel cramped, especially the smaller ones which lack adequate space for luggage. Some guests might find the overall seating uncomfortable, especially with a couch that doesn't cut it for lounging or watching TV. Be cautious if you prefer spacious areas, as this hotel leans on the compact side.

The rooftop pool offered lovely views of the city. The room felt a bit cramped for comfort. A pleasant stay with great potential!

Having previously stayed in a different hotel in singapore, mercure was great with its excellent central location and cute staff. They managed every request flawlessly.
